🔄Returns & Refund Policy – Sanjeev Kirana

📦1. Return Eligibility

We offer doorstep returns for eligible items. You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • The product delivered is incorrect or expired.
  • The item is in its original packaging at the time of return.

Perishable items like fruits, vegetables, and dairy products can only be returned at the time of delivery if found spoiled or incorrect.

2. Return Timeline

Returns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by calling our support or via WhatsApp. Our delivery partner will schedule a doorstep pickup at your convenience.

💰3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is verified, a refund will be initiated:

  • For prepaid orders – Refund to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, etc.).
  • For COD orders – Refund via UPI or store credit.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after successful pickup and verification.

🚫4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, such as:

  • Opened food packets
  • Personal care or sanitary items
  • Frozen and perishable goods after delivery
