2.1 सभी ऑर्डर उपलब्धता पर निर्भर करते हैं।
2.2 भुगतान के लिए UPI, कैश ऑन डिलीवरी (COD) आदि विकल्प स्वीकार्य हैं।
2.3 कीमतें बिना सूचना के बदली जा सकती हैं।
3. डिलीवरी
3.1 हम सभी ऑर्डर को 2 घंटे के अंदर डिलीवर करने का प्रयास करते हैं।
3.2 त्योहारों या भारी ट्रैफिक के दौरान डिलीवरी अगले दिन सुबह 6 से 10 बजे तक की जा सकती है।
3.3 ग्राहक को सही पता और संपर्क विवरण देना अनिवार्य है।
3.4 मौसम या अन्य कारणों से देरी के लिए संजीव किराना जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
4. उत्पाद जानकारी

4.2 पैकेजिंग या रंग में थोड़ा अंतर संभव है।
4.3 यदि गलत या खराब उत्पाद मिले तो 24 घंटे में संपर्क करें।
5. रिटर्न और रिफंड

5.2 जल्दी खराब होने वाले उत्पाद तभी लौटाए जा सकते हैं जब गुणवत्ता समस्या हो।
5.3 रिफंड 7–10 दिनों में मूल भुगतान माध्यम में किया जाएगा।
